Production Associate – Manufacturing

• Location: Everett, WA

• Schedule Options:

• Monday-Thursday, with shifts from 05:00 AM – 03:30 PM or 03:15 PM – 01:45 AM

• Tuesday-Friday, with shifts from 05:00 AM – 03:30 PM or 03:15 PM – 01:45 AM

• Compensation: Starting at $20.24 - $22.24 per hour, with available overtime

• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire through Adecco

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production flow

• Load raw materials and components accurately and safely

• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions for setup and troubleshooting

• Use hand and power tools effectively and in compliance with safety protocols

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency

• Follow all safety procedures diligently; communicate safety concerns promptly

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 6 months relevant manufacturing or production experience

• Ability to read, speak, and write in English for safety and training purposes

• Basic computer literacy

• Experience reading blueprints and diagrams preferred

• Physically capable of standing for up to 10 hours, walking around the warehouse, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
