The Technical Services Coordinator supports the execution and continuous improvement of Cascade's Technical Services programs through data management, technical documentation, performance reporting, product release activities, and cross-functional coordination. This role serves as an important link between Technical Services and Manufacturing by ensuring technical information is accurate, timely, and effectively communicated. The Coordinator uses data and technical systems to identify trends, escalates potential issues, support product and process performance, and drive continuous improvement.
The position supports a broad range of Technical Services activities including product release, manufacturing technical support, customer requirements, food safety programs, technical data systems, and performance reporting.

• Capture technical and manufacturing data from multiple sources and ensure information is accurate, complete, and entered into the appropriate systems.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate technical performance reports and dashboards for leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify trends, emerging risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain and report key performance indicators, including First Time Right, foreign material trends, audit results, product performance, and other Technical Services metrics.
• Escalate out-of-specification results, adverse trends, or significant technical issues to appropriate Technical Services and Operations leadership.

• Coordinate and continuously improve positive release processes for applicable finished goods.
