Job Summary

We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to connect strategy, creative, and execution across all marketing channels. This role sits at the center of our marketing efforts—owning campaign planning, coordination, and performance tracking.

You’ll translate big ideas into structured, cross-channel campaigns that include paid and earned digital, print, direct mail, gifting, and events. You’ll partner closely with our creative team, researcher, and Director of Marketing to ensure that every touchpoint tells a consistent story and drives measurable results.

The right person for this role loves both structure and storytelling. You understand the strategy behind an integrated marketing plan and have the organizational skills to keep it running smoothly.

Who You Are
  • A connector who can bring creative, data, and execution teams into alignment
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple concurrent campaigns
  • A clear communicator who thrives on planning, collaboration, and follow-through
  • Analytical enough to interpret campaign data, but creative enough to shape a narrative
  • Calm under pressure, deadline-driven, and motivated by meaningful work
What Makes This Role Different
  • Focus on full-funnel, cross-channel marketing—not just one specialty
  • Close collaboration with creative, operations, and sales teams
  • Ownership of campaign calendars, briefings, workflows, and performance dashboards
  • Direct input into new initiatives like gifting, direct mail, and event-based marketing
  • A culture that values curiosity, accountability, and “Hungry but Humble” teamwork
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources across internal and external partners.
  • Create campaign briefs, communication plans, and launch documentation in Click Up.
  • Partner with the Visual Creative to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Work with Marketing Research and Operations to track performance metrics and ROI
  • Support campaign analysis and recommend adjustments to improve effectiveness
  • Maintain campaign calendars and oversee project workflow from concept to delivery.
  • Assist in the development of post-campaign reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Manage the company’s social media and digital advertising channels as part of integrated campaign execution. Collaborate with the Content Lead for messaging and the Visual Creative for asset production. Monitor performance, provide regular reporting, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and ROI.
Required

Skills and Abilities
  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, campaign management and paid advertising
  • Strong understanding of cross-channel marketing and integrated campaign strategy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable using Click Up, Hub Spot, and major ad platforms (Linked In, Meta)
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and clear deliverables
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in B2B, enterprise, or multi-location marketing is a plus
