Position Summary
The Commercial Marketing Specialist will drive awareness and demand for Fluke products in North America, leading the strategy and development of integrated marketing plans that improve business value, drive point‑of‑sale revenue through Fluke’s partner network, and meet targets for marketing campaign awareness and marketing funnel creation. They will own commercial marketing within programs and collaborate across the product portfolio, including support for new product launch execution based on team capacity.
Projects span campaign management, end‑user promotions, media placements, copy writing, digital marketing execution (content, social, paid, email), and require balancing strategic and tactical work, analyzing performance, and providing recommendations for ongoing optimization.
The Commercial Marketing organization reports to the Manager of Commercial Marketing and consists of four marketers supporting specific product segments.
Essential Functions- Develop and execute marketing plans that drive measurable increases in lead generation and revenue.
- Design and implement end‑user campaigns that increase sales and drive customer loyalty.
- Work with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing that meets or exceeds objectives.
- Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends and insights, leading to continuous improvement.
- Provide marketing expertise, inspiration, and thought leadership on engaging customers and generating demand.

- A college degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a mid‑to‑large company executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated experience driving results and innovation for commercial marketing programs.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power
BI) to identify and report insights. - Experience with digital marketing technologies such as CMS, marketing automation (Eloqua), CRM (Dynamics/Salesforce), and eCommerce platforms.
