Lean Integrated is a growing management consulting firm that helps organizations improve productivity, reduce waste, and build stronger operational cultures through Lean principles. We partner with clients across manufacturing, aerospace, construction, healthcare, and other industries to deliver measurable, lasting improvements.
What You'll DoAs our Marketing & Brand Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping how Lean Integrated is presented to current and prospective clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow the company's Linked In and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging content, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Maintain and improve the company website (Wix experience is a plus but not required).
- Write blog articles, newsletters, and marketing copy.
- Support SEO initiatives and website optimization.
- Develop marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor website and social media analytics and recommend improvements.
- Help maintain a consistent and professional brand identity across all platforms.
- Research new marketing opportunities, trends, and AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with company leadership to help shape our long-term marketing strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail.
- Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable learning new software and marketing tools.
- Familiarity with Canva, AI tools, social media platforms, or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience with website management, graphic design, photography, or video editing is beneficial but not required.
- Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related education is preferred but not required.
