Homeless Outreach Coordinator

Job Overview

We’re hiring a Homeless Outreach Coordinator to connect with homeless shelters, breadlines, and similar organizations in West Virginia, secure client referrals to our California treatment clinics, and maintain relationships with these partners.

Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding clients, managing their accounts, checking in regularly to ensure they are satisfied with the program, and reporting any issues to the clinic managers.

• Extensive experience working with homeless shelters or related organizations (volunteer or employee)
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with homeless individuals
• Established connections and reputation within the homeless service community
• Knowledge of strategies to engage shelters and secure referrals
• Ability to work with minimal training on program presentation and local laws
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
• No background in mental health or substance abuse treatment required

Independent contractor with flexible schedule. Duties involve traveling to homeless shelters and other facilities in Morgantown and surrounding West Virginia cities, plus remote client follow‑ups in California.

Paid $5,000 monthly, with gas and incidentals covered for client transportation to California. No commissions or bonuses but potential for pay increases based on performance.
