As the Youth Pastor at North Church in Spokane, Washington, you’ll become a key part of their team inspiring people to say yes to God as we join Jesus in His mission to make disciples. As a church of about 500 and growing, we have a long history of raising up and sending out leaders, planting churches, and caring holistically for our city.
You would join a team of other Next Generation pastors/directors and be the youth ministry champion to support the current and future needs of the church. This will include team building, leader development, program execution, and strategic planning.
- Collaborating with the Next Gen Pastor around effective ministry strategy
- Leading teams of volunteers and ensuring a healthy and vibrant culture
- Serving with kids on Sundays, Jr. and Sr. high on Wednesday nights
- Implementing the church’s core values, especially that of holistic disciple-making, into all of Next Generation ministries.
- Relational Leader
- Proven youth and/or children’s ministry leader developer
- Problem-solver who takes initiative
- Servant spirit willing to serve wherever needed
