** Compensation*** **$200 per completed SOC**
* ** Up to two SOCs per shift*** **$100 stipend per shift if no SOC is assigned**
* ** No hourly requirement
*** SOC assignments provided

** Requirements
* ** Current
** WA RN license**
* ** 1+ year
** clinical nursing experience (Home Health preferred)
* Current
** AHA BLS
*** Strong assessment and independent practice skills
* Reliable transportation##
** Essential Duties
*** Complete weekend
** Start‑of‑Care admissions
*** Perform comprehensive assessments and OASIS documentation
* Establish the initial
** Plan of Care
*** Educate patients and families
* Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
