The RN will provide comprehensive care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring in our telemetry unit. Whether working day or night shifts, you will be part of a dynamic healthcare team dedicated to delivering patient-centered care, ensuring safety, and improving outcomes.

- Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs using advanced telemetry equipment.
- Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and execute appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols, ensuring patient safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions, telemetry monitoring, and ongoing care requirements.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions, initiating interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities.
- Demonstrate effective communication and critical thinking in a fast-paced telemetry unit
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in telemetry, cardiac, or critical care settings.
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are required.
- Strong clinical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on patient safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and manage time efficiently.
- Flexibility to work rotating day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
