Position: RN Fellow - NICU - PRMCE July 2026 Cohort

Providence is calling for applications for our July 2026 RN NICU Fellowship
. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands‑on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.
This position starts July 27, 2026.

Required Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire
  • 1 year nursing experience (new to specialty)
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty is preferred upon hire

Pay Range: $47.73 - $89.59. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
