Overview
Mason Health in Shelton, Washington is seeking a Walk‑in Clinic Physician Associate (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a rapidly expanding walk‑in clinic.
Responsibilities- 4 nine‑hour shifts per week in a walk‑in clinic setting.
- Procedures optional; may perform as desired.
- Receive support from 2 dedicated RNs and 1 MA per provider.
- Mentorship available from 15 MDs and 15 APPs within the primary care team.
- Experienced candidates preferred.
- Base salary range $150,000–$162,000 (negotiable based on skills and experience).
- Current providers earning ~$170,000–$195,000 with production bonuses.
- Sign‑on bonus starting at $20,000 (negotiable).
- Student loan repayment program up to $60,000.
- Benefits: health, dental, vision insurance, CME stipend, two retirement plans and one pension plan with 8% match.
