Hospice Clinical Manager (RN)
Full‑time position located in Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington. Salary: $85,000–$115,000 annually, DOE.

- Ensure agency compliance with all state/federal hospice laws and regulations.
- Review all incoming referrals for appropriateness and manage approvals and assignments.
- Review patient charts for medical diagnoses, procedures, medications, and clinical course.
- Assist the DCS with planning, implementing and evaluating in‑services and CEU programs.
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and mentoring organization personnel.
- Participate in QAPI, OASIS review, and coding workflow.
- Provide symptom management and comfort care for hospice patients in their homes.
- Must be willing to take call when needed.
- Minimum of 1 year of health care management experience, preferably hospice.
- At least 1 year of hospice agency experience, including admissions.
- Experience in HOPE charting requirements for hospice.
- BSN degree is preferred, but not required.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience with Home Care Home Base preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of hospice regulations, including Medicare COPs, PDGM, VBP.
- Licensed and insured driver with reliable transportation.
