Registered Nurse, RN

Overview

Everett Center is now hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for a NOC Full-Time Shift (10 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends.

Change the lives of patients and residents while enjoying the rewards of knowing them and their families as a Registered Nurse. Provide care for a variety of patients with complex diagnoses, enhancing knowledge and skills in many areas.

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions as needed to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification is required.

Posted Salary Range: USD $50.00 - $54.00 /Hr.
