Admissions

Nurse RN or LPN

Pay Range: $45-$55 per hour DOE

Schedule:

Sunday to Tuesday 10:30am to 6:30pm total 24 hours per week

We are looking for an RN or LPN Admissions Nurse to join our growing team at Bethany at Silver Lake! This is a three day Sunday to Tuesday position. The right candidate will have previous experience as an RN or LPN, preferable admissions experience and a current state license. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities
  • Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of patients.
  • Assess patients’ condition.
  • Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review.
  • Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
  • Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals.
  • Some weekend manager duties.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing
  • Current Washington state license as an RN or LPN
  • Proof of current CPR certification
  • Prefer Admissions/management experience
  • Compassionate, friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
