Pool PRN RNs and LPNs all shifts

Bethany of the Northwest is a non‑profit healthcare organization located in Everett, WA 98201, offering part‑time RN and LPN positions in its Staff Pool team. The role is available across four Everett facilities, providing coverage for vacation or sick leave, with flexible schedules (8‑hour shifts at 6am‑2pm, 2pm‑10pm, or 10pm‑6am). Candidates must work a minimum of two shifts per month.

• Assess patients’ condition.
• Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review.
• Administer medication as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health‑care professionals.
• Follow instructions of the senior team as directed.

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing.
• Current active Washington state license as an RN or LPN.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience.
• Experience in LTC/Skilled nursing considered an advantage.
• Compassionate, friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a minimum of two shifts per month.
• Open to short‑notice contact.
