Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with patients, providers, and team members.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments.
- Administer medications.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide skilled nursing care.
- Perform case management duties.
- Deliver hospice care services.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Required Skills &

Certifications:

- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.

Preferred Skills &

Certifications:

- Specialities in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, or Operating Room.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Clinical Assessment, Medication Administration, and Treatment Planning skills
- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work

Special Considerations:

- Must specify all requested RTO at the time of submittal.
- The facility is a Level II Trauma Center.
- Scrub color:
Any (no reddish orange permitted).

Scheduling:
- 5x8 Days, Monday-Friday.
- Guaranteed

Hours:

72 hours per 2 week period.
