Position Overview
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) needed for a 13‑week Locum Tenens assignment in Yakima, WA. The position is night‑shift only, offering flexible 12‑hour schedules, competitive weekly pay, and a diverse surgical case mix.
Schedule & AssignmentShift: 3‑5 variable 12‑hour night shifts per week (flexible scheduling). Assignment length: 13 weeks; potential extension.

Yakima, WA 98902 (Yakima Valley, Central Washington). Weekly Estimated Pay: $4,050 – $4,720

- Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential;
Washington state licensure or eligibility required. - Minimum 1 year of recent clinical CRNA experience.
- Board certified or board eligible.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA).
- Experience with adult and pediatric anesthesia cases.
- Proficiency with spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia techniques.
- Comfort managing trauma and obstetrical cases.
- Strong airway management, hemodynamic monitoring, and acute resuscitation skills.
- Familiarity with EHR documentation and perioperative workflow preferred.
- Provide safe, high‑quality anesthesia care across a broad range of procedures (general, ortho, OB, pediatrics, ENT, GYN, urology, vascular).
- Perform pre‑op patient evaluations, develop anesthesia plans, and conduct post‑anesthesia follow‑up.
- Manage airway, hemodynamics, and acute volume/BP issues during the perioperative period.
- Administer spinal, epidural, and extremity blocks for operative and postoperative pain control.
- Support care in multiple procedural areas including ORs, GI suites, bronchoscopy, and cath lab as needed.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team model under medical supervision to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adhere to patient safety protocols, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.
