Pay Range: $50-55 LPN, $53-58 RN per hour DOE and license

Schedule:

Monday to Friday plus on call weekend 1 in 7 weeks

Must possess, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.

Must be currently licensed in the State of Washington.

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

Must be able to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel and support agencies.

Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.

Must have at least one (1) year experience in supervisory/management role.

Must have leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.

Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.

Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs goals, objectives, policies, and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care.

Must be flexible with hours and cover all 3 shifts, if necessary.
