Job Description
We seek a Pediatric Registered Nurse for part‑time (0.6 FTE) or full‑time (0.9 FTE) night shifts, 2–3 twelve‑hour shifts per week, providing family‑centered care to medically fragile pediatric patients transitioning from hospital to home.

- Operate within the scope of practice defined by the State and ANA pediatric nursing standards.
- Adhere to Nursing Evolutions policies, procedures, and care guidelines while delivering safe, family‑centered care.
- Apply the nursing care process—assess, plan, implement, evaluate—in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to certified nursing assistants and other staff per state administrative code.
- Contribute to the mission by embodying values‑based behavior and a healthy work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (ASN/BSN or higher).
- Previous experience in a pediatric‑related healthcare setting.
Required Credentials
- Active RN license issued by Washington State or a multistate RN license under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Current BLS certification with hands‑on training skills (American Heart Association).
- Current PALS certification.
- Current Washington State Food Handler’s certification.
- Current Washington State driver’s license.
Preferred
- Additional pediatric nursing experience.
- Availability for weekdays, some weekends, and holidays.
Hourly Pay Range: $42–$60/hour (DOE). Annual salary estimate: $87,360–$124,800 for full‑time (2080 hours). Compensation influenced by equity, skills, experience, and expertise.
Working Conditions- Requires frequent movement—standing, walking, lifting, climbing, stooping, bending, carrying, and handling supplies up to 50 lbs.
- Some travel may be required.
Referral for a full‑time RN position can earn up to $500, whether or not you are currently employed with us.
