Virtus Healthcare Staffing is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our partner, a leading medical center in Everett, WA, specializing in Thoracic Vascular Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) services. Deliver Specialized Care in the Thoracic Vascular IMCU
As an RN in the Thoracic Vascular IMCU, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with thoracic and vascular conditions, leveraging your clinical expertise to ensure optimal patient outcomes and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
=9 Provide expert nursing care to patients with thoracic and vascular conditions in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU).
=9 Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal recovery.
=9 Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
=9 Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to create and implement individualized care plans.
=9 Monitor vital signs and respond proactively to changes in patient conditions.
=9 Educate patients and families on treatment options, disease management, and post-hospital care.
=9 Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and uphold the highest standards of patient safety.
=9 Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Licensure & Certification
- Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
- National Provider BLS
- American Heart Association (upon hire). - NIH Stroke Scale Certificate
- Required within 90 days of hire.
Experience:
Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
=9 National Certification in the area of specialty (upon hire).
