Job Overview
The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. The role facilitates care coordination using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic encounters. The Clinic RN collaborates with other members of the health‑care team, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in ambulatory settings.
- Facilitate care coordination using the nursing process.
- Communicate with patients through direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters.
- Collaborate with health‑care team members.
- Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulations.
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school (Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing).
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- At least 18 months of professional nursing experience.
Minimum and maximum wage rates are posted. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
