Program Overview

Providence is calling for applications to the July 2026 RN Residency with Providence St. Joseph Health. The residency provides a foundation of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by experienced preceptors. It is designed for RN graduates with less than 12 months of experience.

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• No more than 12 months of professional experience.
