Join a dynamic and collaborative team as a Care Manager at our Everett facility, where you will provide patient‑centric care management services for at‑risk patients in an acute care environment.

The Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager provides professional, comprehensive care management services. Accountabilities include assessment and planning, coordination of care, resource utilization management, discharge planning, documentation of interventions, regulatory compliance, and patient advocacy.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent upon hire
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• 2 years acute‑care experience in a medical‑surgical or inpatient setting

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire
• National certification in an area of specialty
• 1 year experience in care management or utilization review, or successful completion of a TIPS program or Case Management Orientation Program

$10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires who meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
