Night Shift Inpatient RN Care Manager – Everett Facility
0.9 full‑time equivalent (FTE) night shift position available with every other weekend required. Eligible external hires who meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment receive a $10,000 hiring bonus.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager provides professional, comprehensive, patient‑centric care management services for at‑risk patients in an acute care environment. Accountabilities include assessment and planning, coordination of care, resource utilization management and/or review, discharge planning, documentation of interventions, regulatory compliance, and patient advocacy.
Required Qualifications- Associate’s Degree – Nursing degree or diploma upon hire
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- At least 2 years of acute‑care experience in a medical‑surgical or inpatient setting
- Bachelor’s Degree – Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire
- National certification in a specialty area
- At least 1 year of experience in care management, utilization review, or successful completion of a TIPS or Case Management Orientation Program

PayPay range: $47.73 – $89.59 per hour, based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
