Senior EP Mapping Specialist - CAS

We anticipate the application window for this opening will close on 22 Jun 2026. Medtronic offers a remote EP Mapping Specialist role you will reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver’s license is essential for this role.

Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) provides advanced cardiac mapping and ablation solutions. As an EP Mapping Specialist you will collaborate with clinicians, engineers, physicians, and innovators to support the deployment of CAS products and improve patient outcomes.

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals for all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate and strategize with the local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
• Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
• Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service, and support.
• Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in mapping technology.

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

• B.A./B.S. degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
• Proven track record with technical training assignments.
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
• Ability to travel more than 25% of the time.

• Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
• Must be within assigned territory each day and be available for unscheduled needs.
• Occasional travel outside of the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to freely move throughout the facility, use a computer, and interact with personal computers.
• Must stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day.

Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $140,000 (U.S., excluding Puerto Rico) plus a Sales Incentive Plan. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance;
