We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Services to join the Emergency Department team on the night shift
. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency care in a fast-paced hospital environment while working within a supportive and collaborative care model.
The Emergency RN will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while responding to urgent and emergent patient needs across all age groups.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to emergency department patients
Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care needs
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and clinical protocols
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Support patient and family education and emotional needs
Uphold a culture of dignity, respect, and whole-person care
Required QualificationsGraduation from an accredited nursing program
Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire
BLS (AHA) certification upon hire
ACLS (AHA) certification upon hire
PALS (AHA) certification upon hire
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
Preferred QualificationsNational specialty certification (Emergency Nursing or related area)
