• Per diem rate: $1,750/day
• Opportunity for extra shifts with increased compensation
• Premium pay for weekend and evening hours
• Employment options tailored to fit different professional preferences and project needs

• Practice independently in a full-service, Level 2 Trauma Center
• 26 ORs + 2 OB Suites, ~17,000 cases annually, ~4,000 births
• Case variety:
  General, orthopedic, neuro, GYN, urology, GI, plastics, robotics, OB
• Skills:
  
  Regional lines, epidurals, spinals. Practice to the full scope of training
• Flexible shifts: 10, 12, 14, and 24 hour shifts available
• Standard day shift 7am–5pm; no more than two late shifts per week

• Board certified CRNA
• Active WA license, DEA, State CDS
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum 1 year of experience
