Position Overview

We are seeking a certified family medicine nurse practitioner (BE/BC) or physician assistant to provide outpatient addiction medicine care at our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Tacoma, WA.

• Earn up to $230,000 with a base salary starting at $180,000
• Additional compensation up to $4,000 for CME and support for medical, dental, vision, and 401k vesting

• Outpatient care only – no call requirements
• Provide opioid treatment, including methadone and buprenorphine dispensing (one treatment option)
• Deliver a wide range of services: addiction medicine, mental health, urgent care, and family medicine
• Work rotating weekends with days off during the week

• Certified nurse practitioner (BE/BC) or physician assistant
• Prior experience in addiction medicine or primary/urgent care required
• Ample clinical support available for areas of less experience
