Providence is calling for applications for our November 2026 RN Float Personnel Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands‑on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

This position starts November 2, 2026.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• One (1) year nursing experience (new to specialty).

• National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, 1321 Colby Ave., Everett, WA.

Work location:

Everett Medical Center Colby‑Everett. On‑site.

Full time. Variable shift.
