Overview
Work under the general direction of the practitioner or Clinic Supervisor to assess, evaluate, implement and follow up in matters of direct and indirect patient care. Supervise the overall delivery of healthcare in the clinic setting. Establish and maintain effective relationships with LPNs, Medical Assistants, and administrative support staff in order to organize and deliver cost-effective, clinically competent, reliable healthcare in a safe, respectful manner that ensures patient respect and dignity.
Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient care needs under supervision.
- Implement care plans and provide follow-up to ensure quality outcomes.
- Supervise the delivery of healthcare services in the clinic setting.
- Coordinate with LPNs, Medical Assistants, and administrative staff to deliver cost-effective, clinically competent, and respectful care.
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
- At least 18 months of professional nursing experience
