my Laurel seeks a Nurse Practitioner for Acute Care in the Home to deliver autonomous, high-acuity care in Seattle Metro & Everett, WA. You will lead hands-on assessments, IV access, meds, and wound care in patients' homes, reporting to Field Provider Manager.
Choose from Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN/Contract with shifts 8:30 AM–8:30 PM; evenings, weekends, and holidays are required to ensure patient care continuity.
