Program Overview

Providence is calling for applications for our RN Float Personnel Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St.Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands‑on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

This position starts November 2, 2026.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• One (1) year nursing experience (new to specialty).

• National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
