Home Health Registered Nurse RN

Overview

Alpha Home Health & Hospice is hiring a full-time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for the North Snohomish County area (Marysville, Arlington, Stanwood, etc.).

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments in the home setting.
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
• Perform wound care and dressing changes and other complex care.
• Monitor vital signs and symptoms, reporting changes to the physician.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes, medications, and self-care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Document all visits and care provided in the EMR.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, Medicare/Medicaid, and other regulations.
• Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide emotional support and promote patient independence.

• Washington RN licensure.
• Home Health/Hospice agency experience preferred, but not required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

• Competitive hourly rate (typical range $45–$54/hour, DOE).
