Admissions Nurse Pay Range: $50-$60 per hour DOE

Schedule:

Tue-Sat 10am to 6pm with weekend on-call 1 week in every six weeks

We are looking for a full time Admissions Nurse to join our growing team at Bethany in Everett! This is a full time hours Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 6pm position with an on-call weekend requirement one week in every six weeks. The right candidate will have previous experience as an RN or LPN and has a current state license. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work well in a team.

Experience with Admissions in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

  • Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of patients.
  • Assess patients' condition.
  • Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review.
  • Administer medication as prescribed by the patient's physician.
  • Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's School of Nursing, or vocational nursing
  • Current Washington state license as an RN or LPN
  • Proof of current CPR certification
  • Compassionate, friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Admissions in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
