Gynecologic Oncology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

• Schedule:
  
  Full-time need; 4 shifts per week (10-hour shifts);
  Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are operating days;
  Friday is clinic and admin day (Thursday off);
  Shift times 7:00am – 5:00pm;
  Overtime applies after 40 hours per week
• Job Setting:
  Inpatient and Outpatient
• Credentialing:
  Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days

• Board Certified/Board Eligible:
  Board Certified only
• Licensure:
  Active Washington State license or IMLC
