Labor & Delivery RN
Schedule:
- Weekends:

- Floating:
Required (to Postpartum; may float to nearby sister facilities) - Orientation: 40 hours
- Guaranteed hours:
Clinician may be called off for 1 x 12-hour shift per 2-week period
- Holiday requirement:
Must commit to working 3 of the 5 listed holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
Requirements:
- License:
Compact RN license
- Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring
- Experience:
2 years clinical RN experience (minimum 1 year for submittal) - Preferred:
Experience in facilities with 200+ deliveries
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide high-risk perinatal care and support during labor and delivery.
- Perform intrapartum care, including labor management, fetal monitoring, and sterile vaginal exams.
- Assist with C-section procedures and provide recovery care.
- Conduct newborn assessments and manage thermoregulation.
- Offer postpartum care, including hemorrhage management and breastfeeding support.
