- Experience: Prior gynecologic surgical assist experience, robotic surgeries (DaVinci), pelvic exams
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (please confirm with client)

- Provide gynecologic first assisting in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Support surgeries including gynecologic oncology procedures, utilizing robotic systems
- Assist with pelvic exams and standard GYN processes
- Collaborate with physicians and medical team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain sterile surgical environments
- Document procedures accurately and timely in patient records
- Assist in pre-op and post-op patient care
Required:
- Active Washington State or IMLC license
- DEA certification
- BC in gynecology or surgical assisting experience
- Experience with robotic surgeries (DaVinci system)
- Minimum 4 weeks of availability per month for shifts
- Prior experience in GYN surgery and pelvic exams
- RNFA certification (RN First Assisting) or equivalent
- Experience in gynecologic oncology surgeries
We are seeking dedicated gynecologic First Assistants to support two providers on overlapping maternity leave coverage at a renowned medical facility in Everett. The role involves assisting in complex GYN surgeries, including robotic procedures, and working closely with OB/GYN specialists in a fast-paced hospital setting. Initially based in Everett, the assignment will transition to Swedish First Hill, Seattle through April 2027, offering a dynamic environment for experienced providers seeking to make an impact.
