Schedule:

Day shift

Pay Range: RN $45-$55 DOEWe are looking for an RN to join our growing Home Care Hospice team.

The right candidate will have previous experience in Hospice care as an RN and have a current state license. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include:

Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of hospice patients.

Assess patients' conditions

Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review.

Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician.

Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals.

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Batchelor's School of Nursing.

Current Washington state license as an RNProof of current CPR certification

Ability to work a flexible schedule
