Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located at the facility's Pacific Campus, which offers comprehensive maternity services and Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This is a night shift role starting as soon as possible, focusing on high-risk perinatal care with specialized staffing ratios. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience in labor and delivery settings.

- Schedule:
Nights, 12 hours shift, minimum of 48 hours per week - Required Qualifications:
Two years of experience in labor and delivery, active certifications including Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring. Candidates must hold a valid state license; a compact license is acceptable. - Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in facilities handling 200+ deliveries. Candidates with experience in facilities with 100-200 deliveries will be considered. - Responsibilities:
Provide high-risk perinatal nursing care, assist with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and high-risk obstetric procedures. Staff triage with 3 skilled RNs per shift, support postpartum and antepartum units, and collaborate closely with delivering providers and anesthesia teams. - Additional Information:
Must be available to work 3 of the 5 major holidays. The unit staffing includes 3 CNAs in postpartum, 3-4 delivering providers 24/7, and 2 CRNAs on call. Candidates should have experience managing high-volume births and maintaining proficiency in all required skills.
