About the Role Elyon Maintenance Inc. is hiring a Landscaper to join a crew servicing multiple residential housing properties throughout Kitsap County. This is a hands‑on outdoor role working as part of a team on a weekly service route under the direction of a Crew Leader.

What You’ll Do

• Work as part of a small landscape maintenance crew across multiple properties on a weekly service route
• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and debris removal to company and client standards
• Assist with shrub and tree trimming (under 15'), weed control, and bed maintenance
• Support seasonal services: fall leaf cleanup, one spring cleanup, one winter prep per property
• Help load, unload, and maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies in safe working order
• Follow crew leader direction on daily task assignments and site priorities
• Present professionally and follow all safety protocols at all times
• Flag site issues (irrigation, damage, client concerns) to the crew leader
• Learn and grow into more advanced landscaping tasks and equipment operation over time

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of landscape maintenance experience; willingness to learn considered
• Comfortable operating or learning to operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and basic hand tools
• Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday–Friday, standard daytime hours
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required
• Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Weekly route during growing season (May–November); reduced seasonal schedule in winter months.
