Gardener

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Washington. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and a strong knowledge of plants, shrubs, and trees. As a Gardener you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of residential or commercial properties ensuring they are well-kept and visually appealing. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

• Perform general gardening tasks such as mowing lawns, planting flowers, trimming hedges and watering plants
• Maintain and care for existing gardens by fertilizing, weeding and pruning as needed
• Identify potential pest or disease issues and take appropriate measures to address them
• Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers
• Collaborate with clients to create garden designs that meet their preferences and needs
• Purchase necessary supplies and tools within budget constraints
• Keep records of all gardening activities including plant inventory and maintenance schedules

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Gardener in a residential or commercial setting
• In-depth knowledge of various plants, shrubs, trees and their care requirements
• Ability to operate gardening equipment safely and effectively
• Strong communication skills to work with clients and understand their preferences
• Time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed within designated time frames
• Physically fit to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US with a valid work visa
