Role OverviewBoeing is hiring an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) to join the team in Everett, WA
. We’re looking for a dedicated Safety Specialist to join the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) crew in the gorgeous Puget Sound region. If you're passionate about keeping people safe, preventing injuries, and making sure everyone goes home healthy at the end of the day, this is your chance to make a massive impact on a global scale.

Position Responsibilities- Build and own the workplace safety playbook. Design, launch, and champion programs that ensure everyone leaves work as healthy as they arrived.
- Coaching and mentoring. Create engaging training and serve as a trusted mentor to help teammates work smarter and safer.
- Stay ahead of regulations. Monitor new laws, trends, and safety technology, translating complex regulations into simple actionable strategies.
- Problem solving. When audits spot a gap, engineer the fix and build sustainable action plans to keep operations running smoothly.
- Lead safety audits. Plan and run regular walk‑throughs to spot risks before they become problems.
- Serve as SME for high‑stakes safety, including LOTO, fall protection, heavy crane systems, and transport safety.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a safety related field (Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety, Toxicology, Bio‑Engineering, Public Health, etc.).
- At least 1 year of experience performing Occupational Safety and/or Industrial Hygiene duties in an industrial environment.
- At least 1 year of experience completing process‑oriented tasks accurately and organized.
- At least 1 year of experience multi‑tasking and working in a team environment.
- At least 1 year of experience performing health and safety risk assessments, developing and managing safety programs, and performing audits.
- At least 1 year of experience developing and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to work independently and with a cross‑functional team.
- Master’s degree or higher in a safety related field.
- At least 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience managing projects.
Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Summary pay range for Level 2: $88,400 - $119,600
Summary pay range for Level 3: $105,400 - $142,600
