Boeing is hiring an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) to join the team in Everett, WA
. We’re looking for a dedicated Safety Specialist to join the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) crew in the gorgeous Puget Sound region. • Build and own the workplace safety playbook. Design, launch, and champion programs that ensure everyone leaves work as healthy as they arrived.
• Coaching and mentoring. Create engaging training and serve as a trusted mentor to help teammates work smarter and safer.
• Stay ahead of regulations. Monitor new laws, trends, and safety technology, translating complex regulations into simple actionable strategies.
• Problem solving. When audits spot a gap, engineer the fix and build sustainable action plans to keep operations running smoothly.
• Lead safety audits. Plan and run regular walk‑throughs to spot risks before they become problems.
• Serve as SME for high‑stakes safety, including LOTO, fall protection, heavy crane systems, and transport safety.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a safety related field (Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety, Toxicology, Bio‑Engineering, Public Health, etc.).
• At least 1 year of experience performing Occupational Safety and/or Industrial Hygiene duties in an industrial environment.
• At least 1 year of experience completing process‑oriented tasks accurately and organized.
• At least 1 year of experience multi‑tasking and working in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience performing health and safety risk assessments, developing and managing safety programs, and performing audits.
• At least 1 year of experience developing and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to work independently and with a cross‑functional team.

• Master’s degree or higher in a safety related field.
• At least 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing projects.

Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Summary pay range for Level 2: $88,400 - $119,600

Summary pay range for Level 3: $105,400 - $142,600
