Position Summary

We’re looking for a detail-driven Quality Assurance Analyst who enjoys turning data into insights and keeping systems running smoothly. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining quality data, creating meaningful reports and visualizations, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the organization. You’ll collaborate with teams, help keep documentation organized and accurate, and contribute to quality initiatives that make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $25 to $29 an hour (depending on level of experience)

What You’ll Do
  • Collect, organize, and maintain quality‑related data from various sources across the organization.
  • Assist in the analysis of quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring attention.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular checks and updates.
  • Develop and generate regular quality reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), under the guidance of the quality manager.
  • Create and manage visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to effectively communicate data insights.
  • Prepare preliminary reports for review by the quality manager and assist in preparing materials for meetings.
  • Oversee the submission, revision, and archiving of company documents.
  • Maintain an organized and accessible document control system, ensuring that all documents are up‑to‑date and easy to retrieve.
  • Assist in the review and update of documents, working closely with various departments to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Provide support in tracking and documenting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Assist in managing customer returns, including inspection, documentation, and communication with sales and service departments.
  • Assist with training actions for new or updated processes as needed.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the quality management team in day‑to‑day tasks, including report building and process development tasks.
  • Support the communication of quality initiatives and updates across the organization as assigned.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Adaptability to a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with demanding standards for quality and productivity.
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.
  • Proficient in Google Suite or related software.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
  • Ability to use light equipment.
  • Regularly required to talk or hear.
  • Frequently required to use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • Occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
