** Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA** ) Supplier Quality team is looking for a  
** Quality Systems Specialist
** to join our team in  
** Everett, Washington** . The DQMR will report to the  
** BCA*
* ** Quality Functional Excellence team.*
* The successful candidate will monitor and maintain the health of the BCA Supplier Quality Management System (QMS).

** Responsibilities*
* + Lead stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and drive implementation of preventive and corrective actions.

+ Conduct research, compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability and operational outcomes.

+ Prepare, maintain and deploy quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are met.

+ Lead multi-function and multi-site teams to develop and implement company directives and quality processes that meet program and regulatory requirements.

+ Develop coordinated responses for management review to meet program quality requirements

+ Drive data visualization and reporting: create/update Tableau dashboards, automate routine reports, and present actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

+ Work under general to minimal direction, managing priorities, timelines and cross-functional communications.

+ Conducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management

** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):*
* +  3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

+ 3+ years of experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

+ 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):*
* + Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited program

Experience with AS9001:
International Aerospace QMS Standards

+

Experience with ISO
9001:
International QMS Standards

+

Experience with the Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) and/or Systematic Problem Solving

+ Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
