The Boeing Company seeks an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) based in Everett, WA to join the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team within the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) division.
The role is critical in ensuring workforce health and safety while promoting environmental stewardship across Boeing’s commercial aircraft operations.
Position Responsibilities- Develop and implement occupational health and safety programs and processes.
- Develop and provide training and instructions.
- Evaluate the impact of emerging issues, regulations, and legislation on company operations.
- Develop corrective action plans in response to internal and external audits and inspections.
- Plan and conduct health and safety audits.
- Oversee non‑product LOTTO, fall protection, crane systems, and transportation regulatory safety practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 1+ year of experience performing occupational safety and/or industrial hygiene duties in an industrial environment.
- 1+ year of experience working in environmental health and safety (EHS).
- Experience performing health and safety risk assessments, developing and managing safety programs, and conducting audits.
- Experience developing and implementing process improvements.
- Master’s degree or higher in a safety‑related field.
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing projects.
Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Pay is based on experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Level 2: $88,400 - $119,600
Summary pay range for Level 3: $105,400 - $142,600
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) is required.
EducationBachelor's Degree or an equivalent is required.
RelocationRelocation may be offered based on eligibility.
