Start Date:

9/1/2026 Training: 30 days offsite (Likely Charleston, SC)
* Training cost and travel will be covered by the client.

Shifts:

M-F, mostly 1st shift but some 2nd, OT will be available Openings: 10+

Total Pay Rate:
Ultrasonic Testing (UT): $53-$58/hr Eddy Current Testing (ET): $60-$65/hr

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced Level II/III NDT Technicians to support a high-profile aerospace and defense manufacturing program. This role offers the opportunity to perform advanced non-destructive testing on complex aerospace structures and components utilizing industry-leading inspection technologies in a highly regulated production environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and/or Eddy Current Testing (ET), strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Level II non-destructive inspections utilizing Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and/or Eddy Current Testing (ET)
  • Set up, calibrate, and operate specialized NDT inspection and measurement equipment Inspect aerospace structures, assemblies, and components to ensure compliance with quality requirements
  • Analyze inspection data and determine product acceptance or rejection criteria
  • Document test results, inspection findings, and non-conformance reports Identify and communicate quality concerns, adverse trends, and inspection anomalies
  • Support corrective actions and process improvement initiatives Work with digital, automated, and advanced inspection technologies
  • Assist with training and mentoring less experienced technicians when applicable
  • Maintain compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards
  • Work Environment Manufacturing and aerospace production environment
  • Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and airborne particles within permissible safety limits Required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, reach, and work in various physical positions Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Availability to support overtime, weekends, or variable shifts as required
