This position is posted at multiple levels. The successful incumbent will be placed appropriately based on education and experience.

• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field and two (2) years of experience in real property rights acquisition.
• Four (4) years of business office, customer service, real property rights acquisition, or related experience, AND two (2) years of experience in real property rights acquisition.
• Six (6) years of experience in real property rights acquisition.

• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field and four (4) years of experience in real property rights acquisition.
• Four (4) years of business office, customer service, real property rights acquisition, or related experience, AND four (4) years of experience in real property rights acquisition.
• Eight (8) years of experience in real property rights acquisition.
• Note:
  
  An SR/WA Professional designation may substitute for two (2) years of the education requirement.
