As a real estate agent you'll help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams — building relationships, attending open houses, scheduling showings, putting together contracts, and growing your personal network — all backed by the largest CENTURY 21 firm in the Northwest.

At CENTURY 21 North Homes, we don't just teach you how to fish — we stock the pond. We're generating more leads than we have agents to manage, and we want to give them to you.

• Expert Training

  State‑approved academy, real estate live stream and online. Licensed in as little as two to eight weeks.

• Office placement

  We have multiple locations. We provide all of the post‑license training, coaching, and support.

• Free Leads

  Company generated leads at no cost. We also teach you how to generate all the leads you will ever need.

• Flexible Schedule

  Work part‑time or full‑time with the hours that work for you. You control when you work and how fast you grow.

A Washington Real Estate License is required — but if you don't have one yet, that's perfectly fine. Our in‑house Academy of Real Estate will get you licensed fast with flexible class options.

You should be ready to prospect for new business daily, embrace technology and personal marketing, attend in‑office coaching and sales meetings, and adapt to flexible work hours. No prior real estate experience necessary.
