We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate/Property Management industry. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing vacant units, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our property management team. Responsibilities
  • Leasing vacant units to prospective tenants, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Conducting property tours, showcasing the features and amenities of our properties
  • Responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities, including applications, leases, and rent payments
  • Collaborating with the property management team to ensure a smooth leasing process and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to ensure our properties remain competitive
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in leasing or sales, preferably in the Real Estate/Property Management industry in LIHTC and Section 8 housing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in property management software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Salary: $18-20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
