Housing Management Specialist I

Everett Housing Authority seeks a Housing Management Specialist I to support affordable housing programs for Everett residents. In this mission-driven role, you will process applications, determine eligibility, calculate rents, and maintain accurate tenant and program files. You will provide responsive customer service to applicants and residents, coordinate move-ins and recertifications, and ensure compliance with HUD, regulatory, and agency policies. Working collaboratively with property management and community partners, you will help promote stable, equitable, and inclusive housing opportunities.
